Indian fans will have a short commute for regional basketball tournament games this year with Caddo Hills hosting the Class 2A South Regional Tournament.
Tournament sites for Winter and Spring sports were announced last week. Caddo Hills was the only county team to submit a bid to host a tournament this year.
The 2A State Basketball Tournament will be held in Melbourne.
Mount Ida and Oden will be working hard to play their way into the 1A Region 4 Tournament to be held in Emerson. The 1A State Tournament will be hosted by West Side at Greers Ferry.
Baseball and Softball tournaments have also been announced.
The 2A State baseball and softball tournaments will be hosted by Carlisle while Horatio will host the 2A South Regional tournaments.
Izard County will host the 1A State Tournament while Ouachita is set to host the 1A Region 4 Tournaments.
There were o bids submitted to host the 1A or 2A State Track Meets. Locations will be determined at a later date.
