Montgomery County Sheriff has just reported that the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has apprehended fugitive Timothy Cogburn.
The Sheriff’s Office had issued a statement recently requesting help from local residents in locating Timothy Cogburn who is wanted in Montgomery County on multiple warrants.
Sheriff David White apprehended Cogburn this afternoon.
