Caddo Hills to install privacy screens for playground

Caddo Hills Board members voted to install new privacy screens on the  elementary playground fence at their last meeting of 2019.

Caddo Hills students pitched the idea to the school board. Board members have discussed the idea of a privacy screen in the past. The close proximity of the school to Highway 8 could expose students to unnecessary danger. The addition of a privacy screen to the playground adds an extra level of safety to the school’s security system which is already among the best in the area.

The inclusion of school logos on the privacy screen also works to identify the school to passers-by and expose the district’s brand to a wider audience.
