Tyson Foods to distribute free frozen chicken Thursday

Area residents will have an opportunity this Thursday to stock their freezers with free chicken thanks to Tyson Foods.

Tyson Foods will be located at the Montgomery County Annex Building in Mount Ida Thursday, June 25, passing out cases of frozen chicken at no cost to recipients.

The chicken will be distributed in 50 pound boxes of frozen chicken pieces beginning at 11 a.m. as long as supplies last. You do not have to be a Food Pantry recipient to receive the chicken.
