Montgomery County Courthouse now open with restrictions

County Judge Sammy Jones has announced that the Montgomery County Courthouse is open with restrictions as of Monday, June 8.
Guidelines in place when the Montgomery County Courthouse opens include:
DO NOT visit the Courthouse if you are running a fever, feel ill or have been diagnosed with a contagious disease including, but not limited, to: COVID-19; Influenza; Strep Throat, etc. in the last 14 days
ALL visitors will be required to wear a mask
The number of visitors to the Courthouse will be limited to no more than 2 guests per office for the following offices:
County Collector
County Assessor
County Clerk
District Clerk
The number of visitors to the Courthouse will be limited to no more than 1 guest per office for the following offices:
County Judge
Veteran Service Office
County Treasurer
Probation Office
Exceptions can be made for the elderly and for small children and can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please call ahead to discuss
