The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office released a statement Thursday, April 14, seeking help in locating a 67 year old man missing since last Wednesday.
The MCSO press release states that Ricky Dale Jordan, age 67, was last seen Wednesday, April 6, getting into his white 2006 GMC extended cab pick up with license plate 989 VSV.
Jordan is described as being six feet tall and weighing 230 pounds with grey hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a ballcap, grey T-shirt, blue jeans and brown sandals. He has a black panther tattoo on his right arm and a “Janna” tattoo on his left forearm.
His last known direction of travel was westbound on Highway 88 heading into Mena.
Jordan was said to be armed with a Remington 1100 shotgun when last seen. The press release alleges that Jordan suffers from paranoid schizophrenia and is untreated. They also allege that he suffers from methamphetamine abuse.
The sheriff’s office warns everyone to not make contact if you locate Jordan as he is known to be armed. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts please contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at (870) 867-3151.
