HSO to host special fundraiser Tuesday, February 16

Humane Society of the Ouachitas (HSO), located in Mena, AR, is excited to  announce an upcoming Facebook fundraiser benefitting HSO, sponsored by Jordan’s Way “Clear the Shelters”.

Jordan’s Way “Clear the Shelters” is a non-profit promotion hosted by Kris Rotonda. Kris will be visiting HSO‘s shelter on Tuesday February 16, from 10 am to 2 pm, to conduct a LIVE FEED via Facebook.

Visitors can like Jordan’s Way’s FB page, and participate in the feed by commenting and donating to HSO‘s shelter and animal rescue operation.

“After a year of pandemic-related restrictions to our fundraising efforts, this fundraiser is such a blessing!” stated HSO‘s 14-year volunteer secretary Cheryl Murphy. “Kris’s high energy personality is sure to entertain everyone, while raising funds for a wonderful cause.

HSO has been rescuing dogs and cats for 42 years. It’s through generous donors and volunteers that keep the shelter in operation to help HSO take care of the animals.
