Courthouse to remain closed until further notice

Due to the increase of Covid -19 cases in the state of Arkansas, the Montgomery County Courthouse will continue to be closed until further notice.
If you need to assess please call the Assessor’s Office at 870-867-3271. If you need to pay your 2019 property tax, or if you have delinquent taxes, you can pay online at countyservice.net, or you can mail your taxes to the Montgomery County Collector at 105 HWY 270 East Ste 9, Mount Ida, AR 71957.
If you can not pay with a check please send in a money order or a cashier’s check. The deadline to pay property taxes is October 15th, 2020, to avoid a penalty. For Questions please call:
