Author Ivan Calhoun will be the April speaker for the Diamond Writers Association meeting at 10 a.m. on April 17th at Southern Dine in Murfreesboro.
Ivan is a long time sportswriter, having covered everything from rugby to the Iditarod for websites and magazines including ESPN, Fox Sports, and High Gear magazine, plus articles published in a number of newspapers across the U.S. Ivan has expanded his story interests in to fiction and will be presenting on the basics of screenplays and how they can energize new writing and revitalize previously completed writing.
