Penny Black has announced her intention to run for reelection as Montgomery County Clerk and Circuit Clerk. Below is her announcement.
I would like to announce that I am seeking re-election to the office of Circuit and County Clerk for Montgomery County.
I have 24 years of experience in the Clerk’s office with the last three of those as the elected Clerk. I have been trained with the most up to date learning opportunities and will continue to educate myself to be the best person for the job.
Being the Clerk is a tremendous responsibility and I am honored to serve in that capacity for Montgomery County.
