Bell named DAR Good Citizen

Samuel Hampton Bell has been chosen by Caddo Hills High School as their DAR Good Citizen.
His essay,” Our American Heritage and Our Responsibility for Preserving It,” has been submitted to the James K. Polk ASDAR for final judging. His high school record and grades will also be reviewed by the impartial judges.
If selected as the James K. Polk DAR first place winner from high schools in Polk and Montgomery Counties, he will be entered in the state wide contest for the best ASDAR “Good Citizen” in the State of Arkansas.
This past year, Faith Chaney, of Mena High School won first place in Arkansas.
