American Legion Post 313 hosts fundraiser Veterans Day

The Montgomery County American Legion Post 313 will host a Veteran’s Day Celebration Fundraiser November 10 and 11. They will be selling BBQ beef sandwiches at True Value in Mount Ida.

BBQ beef sandwiches can be purchased for $5 each. A sandwich, chips and soda can be purchased for $10 each and you get a sandwich, chips, soda and a big thank you from an American Legion Member for $20.

The fundraiser will be held at True Value Home Center in Mount Ida from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. November 10 and 11. True Value is located at 223 Highway 270 in Mount Ida.

Money raised during the fundraiser will be used to help build an American Legion Post building.
